Cromer with its sandy beaches has many attractions including surfing and paddle boarding lessons, cinema, crabbing, crazy golf, museums, cycle hire, golf course, zoo and a theatre at the end of the famous Victorian pier.

Close to the beach and town, this is a mid-terrace, 3 storey Victorian house has neighbours to the side and rear who share a service road that leads to your 2 private parking spaces.

Alfred Road is just off Beach Road which runs along the seafront and leads to the town centre.
