The Living Spaces

With views over the beautiful garden the spacious living room is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach, the Broads or exploring local attractions, where you can sink into comfortable sofas and watch the TV together. Grab a cuppa and your favourite book and curl up on the armchairs overlooking the barley field, or snuggle on the sofa in front of the roaring fire, while the children play happily with the toys, books and games.

A modern kitchen with high quality appliances, making it the perfect space to enjoy cooking and eating together. Play a game or share stories around the table, with dining space for 10 people. Open the doors and let the sea air in, or dine on the terrace for those warmer days, to enjoy morning brunch or evening feasts and nibbles.

A Peaceful Nights Sleep

Four welcoming bedrooms, with fresh white linen, creating a calm space that invites you to relax and unwind, with hanging space and storage for clothes. Bath towels are provided for every guest, with hand towels and soap supplied in all bath and shower rooms, so you can arrive, settle in, and feel at home straight away.

There is plenty of room and bed options for you and your family and friends:

  • Master Bedroom - 1 x kingsize; 1 x single bed with ensuite shower room

  • Large second bedroom - 1 x kingsize bed with ensuite shower room

  • Front large bedroom - 1 x kingsize bed (main bathroom next door)

  • Field view room - Double bunk bed - 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed above

The Outdoor Space

Large French doors open out onto a generous garden terrace, creating a seamless connection between inside and out. Here, a long dining table and chairs invite slow mornings with coffee, relaxed family meals, and unhurried evening drinks as the light fades.

The private garden offers space to unwind and play alike, with giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, quoits and Kubb, creating those friendly competitions across generations.

After beach days and sun-filled adventures, rinse off under the warm outdoor shower before sinking into the hot tub, where the day naturally draws to a close.

The large, enclosed garden is a true highlight of Bromholme Cottage: a peaceful, sun-soaked space to breathe in the fresh sea air and simply enjoy being together.
