The Ground Floor

Three large living spaces provide plenty of room for everyone to gather or find space on their own. Settle yourself in the light-filled living room warmed by the roaring fire, snuggle down to watch your favourite family film in the separate cinema room, and enjoy the large fully equipped kitchen-diner where you can cook and eat together or play games, sharing the highs of your day.

The Bedrooms

Six welcoming bedrooms, dressed in fresh white linen, creating a calm, homely feel that invites you to unwind after days spent by the sea. Each bedroom offers hanging space and storage for clothes, with plenty of room and bed options for you and your family and friends:

  • Master Bedroom with sea views - 1 x kingsize; 1 x single bed

  • Large second bedroom - 1 x kingsize bed

  • Rear bedroom retreat - 1 x double bed (with shower room next door)

  • Spacious top floor bedroom - 1 x kingsize bed

  • Twin bedroom - 2 x single beds (can be pushed together)

  • Perfect bedroom for children - 4 x singles (2 individual single beds + 1 bunk bed)

Bath & Shower Rooms

Three bath and shower rooms offering you plenty of space to get yourself ready for the day ahead, or to wash off the sand and sea at the end of your day - a large bathroom on the first floor offering a generous sized bath and walk in rain shower, along with the neighbouring shower room; another shower room is on the second floor, and the very important downstairs toilet.

Bath towels are provided for every guest (one less thing on your packing list), with hand towels and soap supplied in all bath and shower rooms, so you can arrive, settle in, and feel at home straight away.

The Outdoor Space

Step outside the kitchen through wide open french doors and enjoy the fresh sea air. A large table with benches and additional chairs makes outside morning coffee, alfresco meals and evening drinks a natural part of your stay.

Come back from the beach at the end of the day, pop your beach gear in the guest shed, wash your sandy toes with the warm outdoor shower, and sink into the hot tub under the nights sky for a peaceful end to your day.
