Most of our guests enjoy staying for 4 or more nights because there is so much to do and see in the local area. We have a minimum stay requirement according to the season. When you check availability, the calendar will show you what it is for the dates you’re hoping to stay, ranging from a minimum of 3 to 7 nights.
All year round seasonal offers are available so make sure you check out our offers page for more information.

For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival - the deposit will be retained but can be reclaimed under your travel insurance policy. The remaining charge for your stay will not be due or if already paid, will be refunded.
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival - The full value of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee. We always advise you to take out travel insurance to cover any trip you have planned in case your circumstances change.
Any requests to move the booking dates will be considered based on the date and circumstances, and the decision remains at the discretion of Norfolk Coast Escapes. An admin charge of £50 would apply if the booking is moved.
