The Living Area
Gather together at the heart of Robins Rest in its bright and welcoming open-plan living space with large french doors opening out to the private garden beyond. The cosy lounge area features comfortable seating, a smart TV and a wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for easy family catering, with modern appliances and generous workspace, flowing seamlessly into the dining area where everyone can gather around the table for a catch up, game or share your highs of the day.
A Restful Nights Sleep
On the ground floor, two welcoming bedrooms create a calm space that invites you to relax and unwind. There is a large, light filled bedroom with a kingsize bed, and a second bedroom next door with bunk beds that works perfectly for younger children.
Upstairs, there is a snug with bean bags where children can play with toys, read books, or enjoy some downtime with the TV. The larger master bedroom, with views across to the sea, offers a comfortable kingsize bed, a single bed, and space for a cot. The second upstairs bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements for children, teenagers, or friends sharing, with the option of either three 3 foot single beds or a generous super king bed plus an additional single bed.
A walk in shower room on the ground floor and a family bathroom upstairs with a shower over the bath help make mornings easy, even with larger groups. Bath towels are provided for every guest, with hand towels and soap supplied in all bath and shower rooms, so you can arrive, settle in, and feel at home straight away.

The Outdoor Space
Open wide the french doors onto this fully enclosed private garden, allowing indoor-outdoor living during warmer months. Rinse off the day with our warm outdoor shower, enjoy sinking into the enclosed six person hot tub after a long day at the beach, all in this incredibly peaceful location with it’s clear night skies.
With private parking for two cars and the beach just a short walk away, everything you need for an easy, relaxed coastal stay is right on your doorstep.
